Full Terms & Client Agreement

Thank you for choosing to book a service. These policies exist to create a safe, respectful, and professional experience for both the client and the maid.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Services are strictly available to individuals 21 years of age or older.

A valid government-issued photo ID must be provided during booking and verified upon arrival.

No individuals under the age of 21 may be present in the residence during the appointment, including children or babies.

Failure to meet age or identification requirements will result in refusal of service without refund.

2. Booking Process

Appointments must be requested through the website booking form.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance and require a minimum booking of 2 hours.

All bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent.

Availability shown on the website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until confirmation is issued.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Venmo

  • Apple Pay

The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the appointment.

Failure to provide payment will result in refusal of service.

Tipping is appreciated but not required.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable.

Emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If services are terminated by the client after the appointment has begun, an early termination fee may apply.

5. Arrival & Property Access

Clients must ensure the maid can access the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access to the property is not possible within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

Delays caused by incorrect addresses, locked entrances, or lack of communication may reduce the available service time.

6. Travel & Location

A $30/hour round-trip travel fee applies to all appointments.

Clients must provide accurate address and access information during booking.

7. Cleaning Supplies

Clients must provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment required for the appointment.

Services will be performed using the supplies provided by the client.

Harsh or corrosive chemicals will not be used.

Products that may cause irritation or chemical burns may be declined.

8. Work Environment & Safety

The work environment must be safe, accessible, and free from hazards.

Clients must ensure:

  • clear access to work areas

  • safe walking paths and exits

  • pets are secured away from work areas

Clients must disclose any conditions that may impact safety prior to the appointment.

For safety purposes, a discreet safety monitor may be present in an agreed-upon area during appointments.

9. Conduct & Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly professional.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • physical contact of any kind•

  • sexual contact or sexual advances

  • harassment or intimidation

  • aggressive or unsafe behavior

  • inappropriate conduct

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

10. Photography & Recording

Photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited during appointments.

This includes:

  • phones

  • cameras

  • security systems recording service areas

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential.

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for appointment scheduling and verification purposes.

Information will never be sold or shared with third parties except when required by law.

Identification provided for age verification will be securely handled and deleted after verification.

12. Service Scope

Services are based on the amount of time booked rather than guaranteed completion of specific tasks.

While every effort will be made to complete requested tasks, completion depends on the condition of the space and the supplies provided.

13. Liability

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment.

The maid is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or the use of client-provided cleaning products.

14. Misrepresentation

Clients must accurately represent the environment and circumstances of the appointment.

Misrepresentation regarding the number of individuals present, the nature of the appointment, or the environment may result in termination of service without refund.

15. Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused or terminated if:

  • payment is not provided

  • identification cannot be verified

  • policies are violated

  • the environment is unsafe

  • behavior is inappropriate

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated due to policy violations.

16. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they:

  • are at least 21 years of age

  • have read and understood these terms

  • agree to follow all policies outlined above
